      Pros

      The pay is okay, and there are good people working there... Well done good people.

      Cons

      Awful pay. Management sucks and the favoritism is ridiculous. Certain people get away with things I get in trouble for on a daily basis. The only time they actually enforce rules is when clients come in. So if you do anything wrong in front of clients you're fired, when normally it would be perfectly normal.

      Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

      Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

      Pros

      great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

      Cons

      Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
