For a company that focuses on building great communicators...Management doesn't seem to comply - Manager RDI Employee Review

Corporate Members don't care for the lower level workers. All are replaceable as far as they go. There is abnormal amounts of irrational individuals that run the company. They all act on emotion instead of having conversations with people. It is all based on "he said-she said" scenarios. It is difficult to trust anyone including the HR department.. If you don't fit in with the "cool kids" that are present there...you will find yourself being replaced before you can blink.
