Despite the previous, the workplace still maintains a relaxed atmosphere which many employees will find liberating and calming.
Cons
Smetimes , it can feel like the owner values profits over ethics, which can often be conflicting. This is made especially difficult since the owner frequently rewards and obviously cares for his staff, I would just like to see the company take a step in a direction which prioritizes brand recognition and ethical business practices and relationships, and minimizes the sometimes troubling feeling practice of direct solicitation.
