      Excellent product, variety of work, international travel, good work colleagues, high standards and workmanship, lots of room to grow and move around the company (even internationally)

      Cons

      Site allowance is extraordinarily low, no super on all hours, no penalty rates, overtime at base rate, management needs a lot of work, no roster and extremely uneven schedules that makes it hard to plan a life around

      Pros

      All employees are young and fun to be around You won’t see much politics between tech’s. The work is easy to learn and do

      Cons

      Division between office and warehouse employees is significant. Little to no socialization between them, which is a bit of a shame. The job is too easy and takes only a week to learn and then it becomes extremely repetitive.
