      good environment and people are knowlegable. you get to enhance your own skills and deal with real lif coding challenges

      Cons

      bad infrastructure and a tight schedule is very lathargic . also heavy money is taken but hours are not given properly.

      No clear vision on building FMCG busniess. All brands failed in last 2 years. Management is always in a restructuring mode.
