      Pros

      The pay checks were good Never bounced. Had nice Christmas Party. If I needed a advance they would help. Lived paycheck to paycheck because of low pay

      Cons

      Should review and reward employees Never give raises. Just flesh peddlers for GM

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to grow but you have to be the one who takes the initiative. Family owned company that cares about their workers. Lots of people stay a long time at RCO.

      Pay was closer to average and fair.
