      Direct Supervisor and his Manager are very supportive and straightforward people.

      Cons

      Different business units operate as separate entities, Some units have great management. D33 Sheetmetal management is not that.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to grow but you have to be the one who takes the initiative. Family owned company that cares about their workers. Lots of people stay a long time at RCO.

      Cons

      Pay was closer to average and fair.
