Pros

- Free Lunches. - Appreciate employees as one group. - Some employees are fun to talk to. - Easy place to gain experience.

Cons

- Supervisors in certain departments take your work and pretend it’s theirs. - You get no recognition for your accomplishments unless you are a favorite employee or an LO. - Pay less than other companies but preach about employee appreciation. - A few specific employees let power go to their head and try to micromanage everything you do. - Cliquey departments, feels like high school all over again.

Pros

Cons

Overall Culture The company operates with a high‑pressure, low‑support culture that makes it difficult for most employees to thrive. Long hours, constant oversight, and a punitive approach to mistakes create an environment where people feel stressed rather than supported. Compensation and Advancement • Below‑market pay is a consistent issue, especially compared to similar roles in the industry. • Promotions are based on favoritism, not performance or experience, which leaves many strong employees overlooked while others advance for reasons unrelated to merit. Management Style • Micromanagement is the norm, with little trust placed in employees to manage their own workload. • The company enforces a strict “two errors and you’re out” policy, which fosters fear rather than growth. Instead of coaching or developing people, leadership relies on making threats of termination. Workload and Stress • Employees frequently face long hours and heavy pressure, often without the resources or support needed to succeed. • Many people leave because the stress becomes unsustainable, contributing to a high turnover rate that further destabilizes the team. Longevity and Stability This is not a company for anyone seeking long‑term stability or career growth. The combination of low pay, inconsistent advancement, and a fear‑driven culture makes it difficult to build a future here. “If you’re looking for a healthy, supportive workplace with fair pay and real growth opportunities, this company is unlikely
