      Friendly colleague. Good location. Not so much on hierarchies.

      Cons

      You only get good pay or bonus if you are part of the A-Team. Basically, they just do business and cash out on their investment even when it means closing down the business or retrenching people. Only the senior management benefiting from this "scheme"
