      Pros

      Interesting company and business model. My line manager at the time was great. The role gives you good exposure to industry and finance at an entry level which is good if you make an external move.

      Cons

      Pay was awful (sub £18k). No real opportunities to progress within the company. Senior management are poor. Company performance is not good.

      Pros

      Amazing people to work with and the training provided is wonderful. RCI cares about the health and well being of their employee as well.

      Cons

      The only con is lay offs due to reduction in force.
