      Great boss and lots of learning. However I worked there earlier than 2014 (Glassdoor is not allowing me to enter an earlier date).

      Pros

      Amazing people to work with and the training provided is wonderful. RCI cares about the health and well being of their employee as well.

      Cons

      The only con is lay offs due to reduction in force.
