RCE has a very laid back atmosphere, with decent pay and benefits.

Management is lost. This company flies by the seat of its pants. Projects are started, drop, and/or completed on a whim. It’s all about the bottom line, and quality isn’t a real concern. Employees are treated like unintelligent, untrained bodies. Also, RCE only uses one job shop. No thought of competitive quoting, or holding their only supplier accountable for shotty work.

Management are idiots but the guys on the shop floor are great
