Outside Operations Position - Outside Operations Staff RCC Employee Review

Fun, independent, good pay, great team, great bosses.

Can be a lot of responsibility

- Very easy job. Not many responsibilities. - Most members are very nice and generous. You learn to laugh at the arrogant members. - Beautiful golf course/views. Employees get to play for free on Mondays. - Head Golf Pro is the best boss I've ever had. He is extremely approachable, excellent at training, accommodating with hours, and all around a great person to be around. - The workload comes in waves. You will be busy for an hour or two and then get a couple slower hours to catch up on things and destress. There aren't too many days during the year that are actually stressful. - Work never really felt like work even during the busiest days of the years. - I could go on forever about how great this job is.

- The time that closing shift gets to go home is at the mercy of the members. While members can't tee off after a certain time, you can't force those on the course to leave. Usually you aren't there too late though.
