Pros
RCC had an excellent company culture and upper management staff. The owners were also very helpful whenever guidance or help was needed. They provided ample support staff and opportunities for growth throughout my years there. The compensation and yearly bonuses were very generous as well compared to other companies.
Cons
The office is located in Deerfield Beach and was too far of a commute once I moved over an hour away.
