Decent money - Field expected to work like raving lunatics. Lots of turnover. Name top places to work Broward County numerous times. OK Benefits. Lots of demand. No 'real' management hierarchy. No managing the managers.
Cons
Encouraged to work 70+ hours a week through a weak compensation package that includes 3% overtime pay. No auto allowance, paid mileage after 60 miles daily. Little to no chance of ever taking PTO.
