Pros

North Austin location. I am going to keep typing because there is a twenty word minimum, and that is twenty.

Cons

Hyper-controlling, extreme micromanagement by middle and upper management Mediocre healthcare and time off package compared to last billing job High turnover 30 minute lunches Crappy time keeping system based on points. If you're sick or have an emergency, you get points. If you get too many points, it goes against your maximum possible 3% annual increase (which is almost impossible to get) AR Managers are so swamped (inefficient) that they can't manage properly. This is an Austin based, smallish company but feels sterile with the sea of cubicles white noise machine, and endless processes. If you like someone looking over your shoulder and counting the minutes while you work, this is the place.

Thank you for your feedback. While we recognize that not every role or company is the right fit for everyone, we stand firmly behind the strength and qualifications of our leadership team. Our managers are selected for their experience, insight, and commitment to accountability and employee development. We take performance, coaching, and professional growth seriously, striving to provide every employee with the tools and feedback needed for success.
