Pros
Working with RBW has been an incredible growth experience. There is a huge emphasis on innovation in product and process which is lacking at other companies of this age and size. Additionally, I have the chance to work with a group of extremely intelligent, dedicated, and enjoyable people. The company has grown rapidly since I started and it has been exciting to see my role develop and evolve with the changing landscape. Management has done a great job of fostering my growth and empowering me to develop more specialized skills within my role. There was a significant shift in culture—for the better—around the time of my start with RBW largely due to their implementation of the Director of People role. Many of the grievances of former team members have been addressed and greatly improved upon. The addition of each new team member—even whole teams— has been strategic and thoughtful based on the needs of the company and our customers. Growth possibilities with RBW are great and I would highly recommend.
Cons
As with any growing company, figuring out how to maintain transparency in communication can be a struggle, but everyone is dedicated to working towards the improvement of interdepartmental communication. Working for a younger company requires a certain level of comfort with the unknown and the ability to remain agile and flexible which is not a great fit for all personality types.
