RBW is an exceptional workplace, primarily because of the friendly and supportive environment. Every team member, from production to sales support, is a pleasure to work with. Moreover, the compensation and benefits are significantly higher than average, and the company prioritizes work-life balance. The management team genuinely cares about the employees and offers regular training to foster leadership skills, although some guidance on people management may be necessary. The HR team is a valuable partner, and they take care of even the smallest issues in the workplace. Recently, RBW has implemented technological improvements that make daily tasks much more manageable. My supervisor was an excellent listener and an advocate for our team. The product is superb, and the sustainability story behind it is the best in the industry, making it easy to support. Overall, working with RBW has been an incredibly enjoyable experience.

Growing pains, but nothing out of the ordinary. Onboarding could use A LOT of work so many platforms to learn! RBW really really cares about clients and will help solve problems and always put clients first, but some solutions are quick fixes and would be great to have lasting solutions for frequent client problems.
