In the past 6 months, however, RBG has undergone a completely new management rehaul. New seasoned CEO, new upper management, etc. As one of the new leaders of this firm I can sincerely say that company culture, hours, pay scale, and growth are key initiatives for us at RBG. Morale at RBG is the highest it's ever been since it's inception and the agency has begun to operate as a completely new firm. The new leadership comes from seasoned backgrounds having been in key upper management roles at firms such as eBay, Deloitte, Booz Allen, McKinsey, Charles Schwab, Groupon, Oracle and top startups. Company culture and branding are paramount initiatives at RBG and it is no wonder that employee commitment has never been higher.
