I have been working at Brewin for just over 4 years now. I knew as soon as I arrived as a female Investment Manager that the culture was very good within the company and this is very much driven from the top. We have a very flat organisational chart meaning although we are in a fairly big company there are not too many layers of management to be able to initiate change. The people we have at Brewin are brilliant, we have a lot of very smart and ambitious individuals which leads to a real growth culture and provides ample opportunity for those wishing to further their career. During the recent Covid-19 pandemic the company have really shown that we care for our staff and families and we have dealt with this admirably.
Cons
Various IT platforms that that do not all talk to each other. However, we are continually investing in our IT and it really is getting better every time.
