Pros

Payday is the best day. INT as a contractor is very good at assisting employees. Met some very good people there, but most have left.

Cons

No technology experience, will be out of business soon as top clients bring business in house and strong companies like ServiceNow will be eating their lunch. Claims of expertise and efficiency are backed by hoards of people doing the same thing anyone else can do, including customers.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We agree that pay day is a good day! With respect to your comments, RAI is always looking for innovative ways to improve products and services to ensure that our Partners and Customers are getting the maximum benefits. Similarly, we understand business moves fast in our industry which is why product development and talent management continue to be a top priority within the company. Over the years, our motivation to push industry boundaries has never wavered; innovation is at the forefront of who we are and what we create. In regard to our culture, it is disappointing that anyone has left the organization with the feeling that we are hypocritical or clannish. One of our values is: Problems are not the enemy, hidden problems are the enemy. The problem you suggest has certainly been hidden up til now, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we can explore it and go about fixing it if necessary. We want to be sure that we as an organization are communicating as openly as possible and want to hear about problems and viewpoints that are potentially plaguing our environment. We appreciate you bringing this viewpoint to our attention so that we can explore it and go about changing that perception as necessary. Keeping our talented people happy and promoting a team-first culture is an ongoing priority for our organization with consistent improvement the goal. Thank you again for leaving a review.

Pros

* Remote environment * Excellent Support from Peer-Level Colleagues

Cons

*The company lacks stability for employees, with frequent layoffs, voluntary departures, and terminations being common occurrences. * Upper management delegates their projects to you, micromanages every step, and then takes credit for your work. * Onboarding training is inadequate. Avoid joining Ray Allen in an entry-level position unless you are capable of self-teaching.
