- Genuinely friendly, positive environment—people are kind, collaborative, and excellent at their roles. - Real freedom of speech: ideas are heard regardless of title. - Autonomy in technology choices with encouragement to propose new tools/approaches. - Leadership open to suggestions and quick to support change. - High ownership of work and lots of opportunities to learn and grow.

- No major cons for me. If I had to nitpick: the high autonomy means you need to be proactive and comfortable with some ambiguity. - Fast pace can lead to occasional context switching around releases. - Some processes/documentation are still maturing.

I cannot provide an objective review since I currently work in RAW Labs. However I will state some facts: - state of the art data platform based on Scala, code generation, compiler optimization, etc. - international team with the engineering departments, one in Lausanne and another in Athens - great people, amazing colleagues - startup mentality in the good sense.

Team velocity is in high levels!
