Thanks for the great review! We also feel that our culture and opportunities for advancement are excellent. In the past few months, we have added additional employees and tools to help our team staff better manage their time. It can be a challenge to work for an international company; I'm sorry you felt pulled into the politics. Over the past several years, more groups within RATIONAL are working on international teams so we can better understand each other's needs.

We are continuing to develop our leadership courses to provide more support for our newest managers and thereby also improve the training they provide to their staff members. We have also added more employees and new technical solutions in order to address some workload challenges.
