Pros

It's a super small company , so everyone gets along and really cares about each other. Most of the staff has been there through out the whole pandemic, so being together and succeeding through those hard times has created a great and unique bond between upper management and staff. The work that we get to do is incredibly cool. Being able to see project after project come to fruition is always so inspiring. We get to be as creative as possible in so many different ways, be it creating artwork, curating artwork or coming up with big art-based ideas for all types of clients. No day is the same and every day brings new opportunities to tackle. For a company that has little to zero traditional marketing, we are never without business and always busy. The job starts at 10 am and ends at 6pm and it provides a lot of time to have a good life balance. We all work hard ,we don't stop until the work is done but we also feel comfortable knowing that we can prioritize our families and take time off if we need it! It's a relaxed and familial vibe. We love to laugh and support each other. It's truly a great place for someone who is a self starter, wants to take ownership and grow in their career with a company, as we are growing every day.

Cons

Sometimes working with our manufacturers in different countries can be frustrating as they don't always adhere to timelines set by our clients.

Pros

RAREculture is unique from any other company of which I have been employed. The culture of the company provides growth on a business level but also on a personal level. If you are a self starter and like to share ideas and develop and create what you love this is a great company to work with. Expression is encouraged and is a large part of the business model. Each day and each project give an opportunity for something unique. The company strives for equality and diversity. The leadership is understanding and supportive of each individual employee. The workspace is large and spacious (having not worked in the owners space for some years) and we all stand behind ownership who will not ask you to do something that he or she would not do themselves.

Cons

Hmm, I'll have to think!
