      Amazing work culture, ample opportunity for upward mobility, meaningful research that makes you feel fulfilled, great employee perks, excellent management team, great salary and PTO.

      Cons

      Transparency is one of RAPT's core values, but it is not a word I would use to describe how they went about the layoffs.
