Supportive and approachable team members. Flexible work environment with a good work-life balance. Exposure to growing industry (FTTx, SBS, RTP) Timely payouts and clear communication from HR.

Onboarding and initial training could be more structured. Some internal processes are still evolving and can be streamlined. Limited clarity on long term growth or promotion path.
