Pros

Nice people, good vibe in the office.

Cons

The industry is hard to work in, the governance within gambling makes it very difficult.

Pros

Nothing to like except salary on time

Cons

Politics at management level, no timely appraisals. high attrition. No recognition and appreciation for efforts, which affects morale. worst culture ever. Promoter will deliberately call you at 5 and schedule a meeting at 6 and he will come at 7. Micromanagement. Nothing to like except you get salary on time. 25% of your per day salary gets deducted if you dont submit EOD report which no one bother to even read. Unethical practices observed, such as office boys being asked to wash utensils at the promoter's home. Notice period policies change frequently and unpredictably, seemingly based on the whims and fancies of the promoter. The most unfortunate part is that the actions of one promoter cast a shadow on the entire management, including those who might actually care. Honestly, I feel bad for the other promoters who have to bear the fallout of such decisions. The list of cons is too big to accommodate here.
