Pros

Good pay, opportunity to work with some great people, Mon-Fri schedule.

Cons

The biggest issue that needs to change is their leadership, or lack thereof. Constantly motivated by fear, the trepidation starts at the top & rolls down hill. Constant belittling of your managers is no way to incite growth. Moving your top sales team members to 100% salary breeds complacency, and not providing an opportunity to earn raises or bonuses kills moral. The CEO, Kevin Kaestner, does not trust his employees. Many of them out-tenure Kevin, and can provide knowledgeable insight on what works & what doesn't. However, standing up to anyone in upper management generally results in termination. Don't bother going to HR, as that department is nothing but a puppet of the CEO. If you plan on coming here to make a difference, or to bring change - you will be disheartened rather quickly.

Pros

I liked my coworkers and my direct boss (she was fired after being there for 6 months)

Cons

The person that became my direct supervisor after they hired me, ignored me, and then almost immediately dismissed 2 of the 4 employees in the department.
