Pros

RAMP really knows how to take care of their employees. Bagel Mondays, catered lunch Wednesdays, and beer o'clock Fridays. Those perks are obviously great, but one of the biggest things I find to be the best part of working here is the flexible and laid back management style. Get your job done, but no one is looking over your shoulder to make it happen. Everyone has adjusted schedules to fit their commute, but peak office hours are between 10 and 4 (my schedule, for example, is about 7:45 - 4ish, but one of our data engineers works like 11-7.) I think one of the things I (and a lot of others) struggle with the most at a job is wanting to get up and actually GO, especially on a Monday morning where your commute potentially involves a late train or a missed shuttle. But at RAMP, I get to the office, make myself a latte and jump into the week with ease. Oh, and I and a number of others in the office have stand up desks, which are an awesome opportunity for both health and productivity reasons.

Cons

The workload is pretty heavy, but generally I feel pretty compensated for it. There's also been some recent org changes which are always really tough but there are certain key players who are rightfully getting more managerial responsibilities (and absolutely nailing it, like the client services director and the head of project management). My commute also sucks, but like I said before, I can get in whenever's easiest and can take public transportation so I don't have to deal with traffic.
