Bad Management and ownership - Anonymous employee RAM Software Employee Review

Out of the 5 companies I have worked for so far, this one is the best. They are progressive, flexible, fun and as understanding as family.

No cons from my side.

During my interview they told me that they understand life's priorites - God, family, then work, and they have really stood by it. Management tries to be as flexible as they can be. Managers and employees really care about their customers. All of the managers have been with the company for 12-30 years and understand the industry and their products and services. Their health insurance plan is good. I hear others talk about what they have for insurance and I feel very fortunate that I work for a company that still pays such a large part of the premium.
