gym membership benefits - company pays most of it, and the insurance offers a reimbursement based on your attendance great coworkers - always willing to help no set start time - just make sure you get your work done. relaxed office environment - you are accepted as you are.
Cons
Commute is lengthy Be prepared to feel as though you are underpaid (that's the nature of the industry) but everyone not at the upper management level should be getting at least 10k more to be a competitive wage. No room for advancement. frequent turnover seeing management well-off while other employees struggle to make rent one person makes 90% of the decisions regarding everything. It's his way or the highway.
