We are very sorry to hear you have a negative impression of Ram. Points are only given on Saturday's for no-call no-shows. Our point policy is very minimal and is only incurred for late clock ins (after a 3 hour starting window) and no-call no-shows. We take great pride in our veteran employees that have been with the company for decades, they are very talented, knowledgeable, and helpful. Since we are a low volume close tolerance manufacturing facility, it's essential for us to have cameras to check on machines 24/7 for safety and productivity purposes, not for monitoring employee performance. The transition to new management is always difficult and we try our best to keep those disruptions to a minimum. We hope you can understand that the company was short-staffed immediately after COVID and it was a temporarily high-pressure time for all. We try our best to support each and every employee at RAM and apologize that you feel we did not succeed during your employment with us.
