      A degree of flexibility Support is usually given to you if you are having a hard shift Well paid during Christmas Usually given the same delivery area which makes your shift easier

      Cons

      Managers discipline staff in front of everyone Annoying checks and procedures before every shift which waste time Sometimes given a new delivery area which makes your shift difficult

      Pros

      Marco Castro (one of the heads of the company) is very agreeable and kind just seems to be middle management screwing it up for everyone else

      Cons

      Long hours, no bonuses (even when promised), huge "claw back" (been working for them for almost 4 months paying £125 a week towards the claw back and I still somehow owe £500), huge van costs, Amazon pays ram £180 per route and RAM give us £115, lack of fuel money (usually do around £200 a week in fuel but only ever get back MAYBE £100), manager is self indulged and has no clue how to manage people

      Pros

      Working for deliver Amazon parcel to deliver costumers. Some time nice job and I like manager and drivers workin there all friends and happy. Paid my proper time not like last company. I work at ram is best one but deliver to many parcel like always.

      Cons

      Not bad things on you but to many parcel. I get home late wich make wife look sad🙁
