      Too early to say. No Pros at the moment.

      Cons

      You can easily hurt yourself, like I did, non stop nonsense rushing for 8 hours with no time for food and to go to the toilet. Keeping receiving management call saying go faster. It is a war of competition between delivery companies to get bigger Amazon contracts at delivery drivers expenses. The job itself is not bad the problem is too many parcels for one person.

      Pros

      Marco Castro (one of the heads of the company) is very agreeable and kind just seems to be middle management screwing it up for everyone else

      Cons

      Long hours, no bonuses (even when promised), huge "claw back" (been working for them for almost 4 months paying £125 a week towards the claw back and I still somehow owe £500), huge van costs, Amazon pays ram £180 per route and RAM give us £115, lack of fuel money (usually do around £200 a week in fuel but only ever get back MAYBE £100), manager is self indulged and has no clue how to manage people

      A degree of flexibility Support is usually given to you if you are having a hard shift Well paid during Christmas Usually given the same delivery area which makes your shift easier

      Cons

      Managers discipline staff in front of everyone Annoying checks and procedures before every shift which waste time Sometimes given a new delivery area which makes your shift difficult
