The people are great to work with. There is a lot of collaboration and strong team atmosphere. RAIN Group's sales training programs are based on extensive research and offer a lot of benefit to customers. Leaders care about employees and understand that family takes priority. Opportunity for advancement.
Cons
Could benefit from better business management at the leadership level. Lots of opportunities for improvement but they are open to suggestions and do tend to implement them.
