Horrible management which trickles down to the manager Very hierarchal, with the retail team, wholesale team, PR team all working in one store. Too much by management and potentially racial favouritism. Manager favourites established team members, if you are new, do not expect to be “a part of the team” you will always be the punching bag as far as mistakes concern. Lazy key holder who takes a back seat, and an ASM who is always off sick. Store manager is never calm under pressure and can take her anger out on you and then be nice to you later on. So it leaves you in constant fear of uncertainty and confusion.
