      Good Hours. Over time every week. Consistent work. Work very close to home. W2 an offer company insurance.

      Cons

      Plateau at a low rate. Which takes significant amount of time. No PTO/ Sick time. Only 1 week a year. Never anymore.

      Service is number one..Even if we take huge hit on products Freedom to keep your customer happy. Owners that care about everyone involved in the business

      Cons

      That they can no longer afford to manufacture in the US or use companies that do.. I know they would.. they care about this country and its future!
