Incredibly smart and thoughtful coworkers and leadership that are willing to take the time to explain difficult concepts. The level of coworkers pushes me to do my best work. Leadership is very transparent about the company which is refreshing.

Being such a nascent industry means things can change on a dime leaving employees to adjust very quickly which is not necessarily a con for a certain kind of person.

While the exec team is younger than most, I've found them to be refreshingly growth-minded and thoughtful. They take feedback seriously, and then make changes where necessary. It's a pleasure to be able to work with technologists that are building tech at the forefront while working with an exec team that is focused on building an enduring company and culture - not just another flash-in-the-pan startup.

The ratio of junior employees to managers has been lopsided, but the team has acknowledged this and is actively working to change it by leveling-up managers and recruiting more senior folks.
