Pros

Work environment is very relaxed and friendly, casual dressing. Free breakfast and benefits are okay Job stability and freedom to learn as much as you can without any restraints

Cons

The compensation is not world class, it could be alot better. Company needs to be more aggressive with new technologies and invest more money into research

Pros

-opportunities to travel (if you like to travel) -work with some of the best people on the planet, who are all doing something they love -exposure to new feature requests from top service providers worldwide -not a lot of red tape, if you want to see something changed and you have a great idea you can make it happen -managers prioritize employee work life balance and are very against micromanagement -general policy NOT to schedule meetings on Fridays…AWESOME. -created opportunities for remote employees to team build together 1-3x a year -SKO awards ceremony to recognize employee achievements around the world -surprisingly great health care benefits -great to see women in senior leadership positions! -I saw in real time the management leaders pressure the org to increase 401k match…and they followed through. (Coming from a union environment that was pretty incredible to see!)

Cons

-If you are not a self starter / don’t absorb new things through reading, you may struggle here. Know when to ask for help, and ask early! -if you are not a morning person you may miss some opportunities to work closely with members of the international team -be prepared to come up with your own career growth plan and push yourself
