Pros
Endless pots of gold if you can tell a good story and get backing from a GM level....but all good, they're "not for Profit" The most positive people there are the ones who are 'quiet quitters' and middle management aren't aware There are some good people there....but the chances are they're the ones who are either getting burnt out, or are actively looking for another jobs.
Cons
Tried to do digital transformation, but **** the bed instead. The new systems are far worse and more expensive then the technical debt ever could have been. Rather than admit failure, they prefer to keep flogging dead horses Diversity is a lie, its a massive boys club and full of egos and bullies.
