no good salary pay, no leave policy, no insurance, no work-life balance, no PF, no proper offer letter or exit letter. Very difficult to leave the company because they don't pay you on time if you want to quit also no proper exit process. They will make you work there by stopping salary pay for at least 4 to 6 months. or else if you try to leave they won't pay till you follow up for months after leaving or don't even give salary.
