Big company. Opportunity for entry level workers to gain experience in many areas. Multiple sites to work in many different areas of the country.
Cons
Very poor management. Employees, supervisors, and management have poor communication. High turnover rate. Not a conducent environment for growth. Cliquish supervisors and employees hurts productivity. Pay not on par with others in the industry.
