We’re disappointed to read you haven’t enjoyed some of your time here. At R3, we encourage internal mobility as a form of career development- giving R3ers the chance to bring new skills to different positions. Employees are advised to discuss their develop and drive to move internally with their manager for transparency and we’re sorry to hear you feel an internal move wasn’t available to you. We did discuss your comments with Chief Engineering Officer, and although movement and re-organisations are a function of a Companies’ growth, he does acknowledge this might mean we can’t move people as readily as we might once have done as we grow. We always encourage any R3er to speak with your Leader or Division head about these things to find a resolution.
Regarding your comments on salaries, we strive to reward R3ers fairly for their contribution. We invest in benchmarking our industry salaries throughout the year, and 30% pay increases for regular performance is anomalous. Outstanding performance or promotions aside - rarely does the job market move so much we see this. This year we paid merit increases and bonuses based on Company and individual performance.
