      Amazing office with beautiful views in the Waterfront, Cape Town. Hybrid WFH system. Flexible hours. Young and energetic staff. Rub shoulders with some of the best in the industry, and learn in a fast paced environment. Great to add "NUmber one marketing agency in South Africa" to your CV

      Cons

      Skill development and personal development is not an interest of the company. Very money first, people second kind of attitude. Lacks leadership with such a young work force. Transparency is not a priority
