      Pros

      Senior management is very talented. They always take decisions proactively before the situation his the business. Due to which while other healthcare companies might be struggling but Accretive is prospering splendidly. HR and people practices are very strong specifically compared to other healthcare companies.

      Cons

      Accretive should be given great place to work award.

      Pros

      The voluntary separation offer was good.

      Cons

      I and hundreds of colleagues were transferred from Providence Health & Services to R1. We were told we were guaranteed our jobs for a year. They started offering voluntary separation packages less than a year in. This was suspicious. I didn't take the first couple of offers, but eventually I did - things were feeling uneasy. Since leaving I've heard that there were several layoffs. R1's India team has taken over a lot of the coding we were doing. In the reviews I read before we started with R1 I know losing jobs to the India team was common. I'm glad I left when I did but it's been hard finding a new job.
