Pros

If you stay long enough, the pay can get good.

Cons

More and more of the tasks are going to remote workers in another country. Workers live in constant fear of losing their job. You can work ALL the time, with all the overtime you can handle, and then one day, your position is cut. They try to move you to another job if yours is cut, but that new job isn't safe, either. The hours and extra shifts are good for a person who doesn't mind changing plans at the last minute to help cover absences or vacancies, like if you are single and loving it. The cost of living in the city is so high, you have a hard time living on the starting salary, unless you live out of town, have a second job, or share rent
