Pros

You can come office or production floor drunk, Incident happened on 24th April-2026 where 5-6 associates were caught intoxicated in alcohol in gurugram tikri office, but these are from one particular supervisor’s team members and these folks earlier get caught intoxicated PTOS manipulation aswell but no action taken on them that is why they came intoxicated on floor, it raises concern are these R1 policies arbitrary or depends how close you are with manager , because in past people got terminated for same misconduct, but here a different treatment or favour is being done based on connection with manager, which is creating hostile environment and demotivating everyone should be treated equally if drink and work is allowed then should be allowed for everyone and if there are past termination on this then same should be for everyone, manager is safeguarding the people in such cases , which actually concerning , he is also doing miss conduct by backing such issues which are lowering company value, these supervisor's and managers are making r1 lala company, koi bhi daaru pi k aa jaye kuch nahi hoga tum agar manager k khaas ho , lekin koi or karde toh meeting pe meeting , Hr connect sab fake h company m ,,., agar aap ache chaatu ho toh safe h tumhari job daaru piyo PTOS manipulation karo koi nahi rokega , inhi logo ko safe karne k chakker m r1 main process ramped down ho rhe h .. USA office officials should review all the misconduct and compliance cases because in india these are arbitrary and who is doing that matters type … and people who got fired for such cases should reach put to labour court for arbitrary actions by company, policies are fake and person to person dependent.

Cons

The only cons is if you are not favourite then you will feel burden … if you are favourite then as i said drink alcohol use mobile on production floor , do PTOS manipulation everything works

Pros

The voluntary separation offer was good.

Cons

I and hundreds of colleagues were transferred from Providence Health & Services to R1. We were told we were guaranteed our jobs for a year. They started offering voluntary separation packages less than a year in. This was suspicious. I didn't take the first couple of offers, but eventually I did - things were feeling uneasy. Since leaving I've heard that there were several layoffs. R1's India team has taken over a lot of the coding we were doing. In the reviews I read before we started with R1 I know losing jobs to the India team was common. I'm glad I left when I did but it's been hard finding a new job.
