      nothing fits over here- worst baseless company

      there is no way of terminating they can terminate in any circumstances and behave like a criminals to the users 3rd class company with zero good point we have studied so many years just to get such behaviour from this so called assistant managers who are not as much as my foot

      The voluntary separation offer was good.

      I and hundreds of colleagues were transferred from Providence Health & Services to R1. We were told we were guaranteed our jobs for a year. They started offering voluntary separation packages less than a year in. This was suspicious. I didn't take the first couple of offers, but eventually I did - things were feeling uneasy. Since leaving I've heard that there were several layoffs. R1's India team has taken over a lot of the coding we were doing. In the reviews I read before we started with R1 I know losing jobs to the India team was common. I'm glad I left when I did but it's been hard finding a new job.
