Terrible working environment with prejudice management - CNC Machinist R&S Machining Employee Review

WorkColleagues/management are very great to work with.

There are no cons about this job

Almost no overtime is required. Good place to learn aerospace machining.

Lack of tool holders, coolant tanks are almost never cleaned. Owner thinks he's the most important aspect to the company, and is full of himself. Most Management is horrible and can't work well with others because they act like children, and not professionals.
