      Awesome pay, good benefits. lots of BBQ's great work environment plenty of room for advancement. Management cares about their employees.

      Cons

      to much overtime. not enough people to fill all the positions, so we can cut down on overtime.

      the president is a hot head and will fire people for anything even if it isnt at work and he doesnt like what he hears, Todd Dyste pres.
